Progress =)

I started week 2 of Beta, which is the second half of the 10 week workout program.  I am still thrilled with the results.  I'm making internal and external changes, and it feels amazing.

As I was recording my measurements one STATurday, I noticed that my measurements at 141lbs were smaller than at 136 a couple years ago.  It made me feel like I am accomplishing something amazing.  As of my week 5 stats, I'm down 9 lbs and 17".  I forgot to measure last Saturday and still keep forgetting each morning.  Can I blame it on summer vacation starting?? HA.

Now, about those internal changes... Do I still want a beer or glass of wine after a rough day? of course. I'm strong enough to say no. I know it doesn't seem like a huge accomplishment to some, but it is to me. =)  My attitude is more positive than ever. **YES, my children still drive me nuts. That's their life purpose**  Since becoming a coach, I realized that I miss being in customer service.  It's an amazing feeling when someone tells you that you're now inspiring them to become healthy and fit!  I don't think I've ever inspired anyone in my life up until this point.  If you're reading this and would like motivation, I'd be more than happy to become your coach. I'm still mostly drinking the Apple Oatmeal Smoothie, but I am trying others on occasion. I have my husband drinking the Vegan shakeology. No, I'm not forcing him! haha   He's having me make different recipes to see what he likes. I'm using him as my "Guinea Pig" in my "Does weight loss happen with just shakeology?" and "is it really lactose free?" He hasn't weighed himself in a few fays, so I'm not sure about that stat.  I do know that it must be lactose free, because he drinks it without problems.
